hey, i'm mormo

I'm a textile artist located in "Vancouver", BC, on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Stó:lō and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations.

I work primarily in crochet but want to continue to introduce multi-disciplinary techniques into my works. My works are inspired by popular culture, bright pops of color, and horror and the grotesque.
